On November 3rd 2008, Dominica celebrates 30 years as an independent nation! "REUNION 2008" is an opportunity for reunion, reflection, renewal and recommitment to the quest for progress and development for the Nature Island.
In this REUNION 2008 all Dominicans and friends of Dominica unite and celebrate, reflect and move forward in the challenge of building a better future for the whole. Transcending political, religious, social and ethnic classifications we place the interests of our country and the well-being of our people as top priority.
We will promote a Renewal of Spirit by recognising our short-comings, celebrating our achievements, activating of our full potential and participating in the building of a new Dominica that will take pride of place within the Caribbean community and beyond, in the 21st century. This is an Invitation to Renaissance!
